Size
The ice cream comes in 4oz cups(small size),8oz cups(regular size), pints, and half a gallon. We have small cones and regular sugar cones in the store.
Special Orders
-Custom menu items will be ready in 1-2 days. We will send you a text when your order is ready for pickup.
-Half a gallon of ice cream must be ordered two days in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do you mean when you say you use lactose-free milk? The lactose-free milk we use is still dairy( Lactaid or other brands). We have a standard base for all our ice cream, so we start with lactose-free milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. We also use ingredients that still have lactose, like heavy cream, whipped cream, cream cheese, butter, chocolate, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, and other flavorings and toppings.
2. Are you a nut-free or gluten-free store? No
3.Do you offer anything that is dairy-free or sugar-free? We currently offer a Dairy-Free Banana Ice Cream and Dairy- Free Thunder Ice Cream. We do not have sugar-free ice cream.
4.Should I still take my Lactaid pills? We can not tell you what to do with your health.
5.When did you start your business? We started in 2022, and we used to travel to events before having our store. Our store opened to the public in September 2023.
6.Where did the name Serenity's Panda Ice Cream come from? Serenity came up with the name, and we had a panda rug in one of our other businesses, so she incorporated the panda into her business name.
7.Why are only some of your products on the delivery apps? We suggest that Fried Ice Cream, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Funnel Cake, and Smoothie Bowls be consumed immediately, and some items do not deliver well.
8.What do you bake? Currently, we make cupcakes and mini cheesecakes. These items are not always available in the store, but they can be purchased from the cashier.
